How to Enable or Disable Do Not Disturb Mode (DND) – Yealink or Polycom

Yealink
- Press the DND softkey near the bottom of the screen.
- You will see a red stop icon on the top of your screen letting you know DND is in effect.
- To disable DND press the DND softkey one more time until the red stop icons are no longer visible.
Polycom
- Press the DND softkey near the bottom of the screen
- Alternatively you can Select the menu or center button on the directional pad and then select DND
- Once DND is activated you will see a red stop logo on your extensions lines.
- To disable DND mode press the DND button again until green checkmarks are visible on your extension.
