Customize Your Ringtone – Yealink or Polycom

Yealink

  1. Press the menu or center button
  2. Select Basic
  3. Select Sounds
  4. Select Ringtone
  5. Scroll through ringtones using up and down keys to preview the audio
  6. Press the Save softkey

 

Polycom

  1. Press the menu or center button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Basic
  4. Select Preferences
  5. Select Ring Type
  6. If there are multiple lines on your phone select the first line
  7. From the ringtype screen select a ringtone
  8. Select play to hear the ringtone
