TelCloud Lite: How to Change Your Directory Name

If you have not changed your name announcement from the default one provided at the time of the installation, we encourage you to change it to match the current user’s name of the extension.

Here are the steps for changing your name’s announcement:

1. Go to your voicemail by pressing the envelope button on your phone or by dialing *97
2. Enter your 4 digit password followed by the # key
3. Press 0 to for mailbox options
4. Press 3 to Record your name
5. After the tone say your name and then press the # key
6. Press 1 to accept, press 2 to listen, press 3 to rerecord
7. Done!
