TelCloud: Call Forwarding

If you’re going to be away from the office for a while and would like to forward calls to another colleague or your personal cellphone follow these easy steps to enable call forwarding:

  1. Login to telcloud.inlinecom.com with your extension and password
  2. Select the Answering Rules tab
  3. Click the pencil icon on the right next to either business hours (forward only during business hours) or default (forward all the time)
  4. Select the Always checkmark box next to Call Forwarding
  5. Input the extension or 10 digit phone number you’d like your calls forwarded to and Save!
  6. You have now successfully setup call forwarding!
