Here you will find how to change Clock / Calendar Settings for most NEC Phone Systems in use today.

Please Note: Almost always the programming has to be done from the receptionist telephone

Change the Time:

1. Press the SPEAKER key, enter 728

2. Dial 2 digits for the hour (must be in 24 hour clock time)

3. Dial 2 digits for the minutes

4. Press SPEAKER

Change the Time:

1. Press the SPEAKER key, enter 728

2. Dial 2 digits for the hour (must be in 24 hour clock time)

3. Dial 2 digits for the minutes

4. Press SPEAKER

1. Press Feature.
2. Dial 9#.
3. Enter the hour and minute via dial-pad.
4. Press Recall to Change the AM/PM setting.
5. Press Hold to change to calendar setting.
6. OR Press Feature to exit this feature.
7. Press Recall to select the day of the week.
8. Dial # to move the cursor to the day of month field.
9. Enter the day of the month via dial-pad.
10. Press Recall to select the month.
11. Dial # to move the cursor to the year field.
12. Enter last two digits of the year via dial-pad.
13. Press Feature.
