TelCloud Tip – How to Change your Voicemail Pin Using Your Phone

If you have not changed your voicemail password from the default one provided at the time of the installation, we encourage you to change it at least once a year.

Here are the steps for changing your voicemail password:

1. Go to your voicemail by pressing the envelope button on your phone or by dialing 5001.
2. Enter your 4-digit password followed by the # key.
3. Press 5 to set your current options
4. Press 1 to change your voicemail password
5. Enter your new pin, wait, re-enter again to confirm, and wait for confirmation.
6. Done!
