Changing Your Name on Voicemail

Changing Your Name on Voicemail can be done in a few simple steps:

Access your voicemail:

On a physical phone, press the envelope key.
On a softphone, dial into voicemail (default is 5001)

Enter your current PIN

Select option 5 for Control
Select option 2 to change your Name
State your name and save
