TelCloud: Call Forwarding
If you’re going to be away from the office for a while and would like to forward calls to another colleague or your personal cellphone follow these easy steps to enable call forwarding:
- Login to telcloud.inlinecom.com with your extension and password
- Select the Answering Rules tab
- Click the pencil icon on the right next to either business hours (forward only during business hours) or default (forward all the time)
- Select the Always checkmark box next to Call Forwarding
- Input the extension or 10 digit phone number you’d like your calls forwarded to and Save!
- You have now successfully setup call forwarding!
